All birds come with hatch certificate, DNA certificate, and a small bag of food. They are fully weaned and well socialized.
Cages and toys are available at additional cost.
Delivery can be arranged to most of Southern Ontario as well as shipping to other parts of Canada. Please contact us for details.

Deposit Policy:
If you would like to reserve one of our chicks you must place a deposit of 20% of the asking price. At this time we only accept cash or email money transfers. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel the purchase for any reason. If the bird becomes unfit for sale we will, of course, refund the deposit. With your deposit you will receive regular updates with photos on the development of your Chick. If you reserve a bird and we cannot contact you at the time of pickup you will have one week to contact us before we will re-list the bird and you lose your deposit. If you fail to show up for your scheduled pick up, you have 24 hours to contact us to reschedule or you will lose your deposit and the bird will be re-listed. We encourage all prospective owners to provide up to date contact information so that we can send you updates and pictures of your bird's development!

At pick up time we will accept cash or email money transfer for the balance owing. You must bring a suitable travel carrier (carrier for cat or small dog is fine) or arrange ahead of time to purchase one from us. If it is cold you must bring a blanket to cover the carrier. Pick up times must be agreed to well in advance. You should have a suitable cage set up in your home before you pick up your bird. If you prefer, you can order a cage from us at least one week in advance of the pick up date. Delivery and set up of the cage can be arranged for most areas of Southwestern Ontario. We occasionally have gently used cages available as well. Please contact us for details.
Guarantee:
You are responsible to get your bird health checked by a veterinarian within one week of pick up and to follow the care instructions in the provided care guide. If you have other birds, please quarantine the new bird. If you have a health problem with your bird you must provide proof the bird has been diagnosed by a vet and provide contact information for that vet. We will do our best to solve any issues in a timely and reasonable manner. Please contact us if you have any concerns with your bird. We cannot guarantee temperament or behaviour as these things are largely influenced by environment and handling. However, we are happy to provide advice and support via email and through our blog. We take pride in our birds and do our best to provide healthy and happy companion pets.
